Capital Realty Management of NY has the capacity to handle simple maintenance jobs up to property makeovers.

Our in-house maintenance staff quickly and cost efficiently handles tenant inquiries regarding minor electrical work (replacing bulbs, moving electrical switches), minor plumbing repair and renovations (snaking pipes, flushometer replacements, sink and toilet replacement), and some tenant fit-up and tenant modifications.

We work with an excellent list of qualified contractors that provide us with priority service because of our relationship with them.
